I have just downloaded the App and I cannot sign in.

Sign In is not required for iTunes subscribers.

Tips for Time print/digital subscribers:

  • Try signing in both ways: with your email address, then with your Account Number
  • Ensure you are using the email associated with your Time subscription


To get help, and check the status of your subscription, contact our Customer Service. Go to Options > Contact Us.

I have previously made purchases in the App with my iTunes account but I cannot access them/am being asked to pay again.

You will need to restore purchases. Go to Options > Restore Purchases

I have a print subscription to Time, can I get access to the digital edition?

Yes, go to Options > Subscriber Login and use your Time Account Number or email address.

My library does not contain all the issues that I have purchased or that I think I am entitled to with my Time subscription.
